A Kroll Inc. unit has agreed to settle a collective action brought by systems engineers who claimed the global risk management company failed to pay overtime, according to court documents filed Thursday.

A New York federal judge on Thursday conditionally certified a class of systems engineers suing a division of global risk management company Kroll Inc. for failure to pay overtime, after the parties stipulated to the move.
