Live Nation Sidesteps Parking-Fee Tying Class Action
An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday shut down a proposed antitrust class action accusing Live Nation Entertainment Inc. of illegally tying parking fees to concert tickets, ruling that the parking surcharge didn't break federal or state laws.

Live Nation Seeks To Toss Parking Fee Antitrust Suit
Live Nation Worldwide Inc. argued Monday that a proposed Illinois antitrust class action accusing the concert promoter of illegally tying its ticket sales to parking fees should be dismissed because the plaintiff did not suffer an antitrust injury from paying the mandatory parking fee.
