A Virginia federal judge on Thursday trimmed a trade secrets case in which Sandi Group Inc. accused BH Defense LLC of plotting to exclude it from a $485 million contract for security services in Iraq in violation of a joint venture agreement.

BH Defense LLC on Thursday asked a federal judge to strip three claims from The Sandi Group Inc.'s suit alleging a plot to exclude it from a $485 million federal security services contract despite a joint venture agreement and the use of its trade secrets.
