Bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. won a ruling Friday that defendants who had signed jury waivers were not entitled to a jury trial in its New York lawsuit seeking repayment of $33.4 million of $200 million in loans granted to Bethany Holdings Group LLC.

Bankrupt financial services behemoth Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. asked a New York bankruptcy court Wednesday to schedule a November confirmation hearing for its reorganization plan and to set an October deadline for creditors to vote on it.
