DLA Piper on Monday asked a Massachusetts federal judge to dismiss the majority of claims in a former legal secretary's sexual harassment and discrimination suit, saying the ex-employee had lost her standing to bring the claims by filing for bankruptcy.

DLA Piper Fails To Nix Ex-Secretary's Sex Bias Suit
A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday denied DLA Piper's motion to dismiss a former secretary's suit alleging that she was fired from the firm after being sexually harassed and discriminated against, but tossed several claims against two partners.
