Judge Upholds NYC's Project Labor Agreements
A federal judge has decided that New York City's agreements with a labor group representing 50 trade unions comply with federal employment law, clearing the way for $6 billion in public infrastructure and renovation projects, the city's Law Department said Tuesday.
