The remnants of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and the U.S. government are nearing a deal over a more than $65 million federal tax refund the bankrupt investment firm says it's owed as credit for taxes paid in the United Kingdom, according to a late Monday filing in the Second Circuit.
