HoneyBaked, Insurer Settle Tainted Meat Coverage Suit
HoneyBaked Foods Inc. has settled an Ohio lawsuit in which it sought $8 million from Affiliated FM Insurance Co. for losses it suffered after federal inspectors found disease-causing bacteria in its meat, according to a court order filed Monday.

$8M Contamination Coverage Row Sent To Ohio Court
An Ohio federal judge on Friday sent an $8 million food contamination coverage dispute between HoneyBaked Foods Inc. and Affiliated FM Insurance Co. to the state's Supreme Court, saying state law and precedent were unclear on the case's core question.
