Bayer Can't Escape Employee's FCA Retaliation Suit
An Arkansas federal judge Wednesday refused to dismiss a False Claims Act lawsuit accusing Bayer Corp. of firing a sales staffer for flagging a customer's Medicaid scam, saying the company hasn't disproven that it used a pretext to terminate the employee or that its culture discouraged whistleblowing.
