A New York federal judge on Monday denied a performing rights organization's attempt to dismiss a group of local TV stations' antitrust suit, saying the broadcasters could convince jurors that SESAC LLC prevented them from licensing individual songs and forced them to take a costly blanket license for its whole repertoire.
