Casino operator Caesars Entertainment Corp. has again dodged a class action by the mother of a casino worker who died of leukemia allegedly caused by years of exposure to secondhand cigarette smoke, after a Louisiana federal judge found Wednesday that state law bars her claims.

Casino operator Caesars Entertainment Corp. on Monday ducked the remnants of a class action filed in Louisiana by the mother of a casino worker who claimed her son died of cancer that resulted from decades of exposure to secondhand cigarette smoke.
