A federal judge in the U.S. Virgin Islands on Friday denied Lockheed Martin Corp.'s bid to exclude a scientist's testimony supporting the islands' claims that an alumina refinery the aerospace giant formerly owned leaked toxic sludge into the groundwater, saying the testimony doesn't draw unfair conclusions about toxicity levels.
