Queen Shoals Consultants LLC and two executives of the allegedly fake foreign currency trader struck a deal in North Carolina on Tuesday to end the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's suit alleging they fraudulently pulled in more than $22.3 million from investors.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission launched a North Carolina lawsuit Tuesday accusing purported foreign currency trader Queen Shoals Consultants LLC of fraudulently pulling in more than $22 million from investors and using the cash to bag referral fees.
