An Arkansas federal judge on Wednesday refused to disqualify Jackson Lewis LLP from representing school bus company First Student Inc. in a putative overtime class action despite the firm's representation of two plaintiffs in depositions in a previous lawsuit.

Bus Co. Workers Try To Boot Jackson Lewis From OT Suit
A proposed class of First Student Inc. employees sought Thursday to disqualify two Jackson Lewis LLP attorneys from representing the school bus company in an overtime suit in Arkansas federal court, saying the lawyers had previously counseled two class members.
