A California federal judge on Friday once again gutted a proposed class action accusing Google Inc. of unfairly and deceptively applying its advertising pricing policies, dismissing all but one claim from the lawsuit.

A California federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a putative class action accusing Google Inc. of unfair competition and breaking its agreement with AdWords-enrolled advertisers over pricing discounts, ruling the plaintiff had failed to adequately support his claims.
