A group of real estate brokers servicing Hilton Head Island, S.C., have agreed to settle class action antitrust claims alleging they maintained unreasonably high commission rates by imposing membership rules that barred lower-cost competitors and discriminated against Internet brokers, according to court documents filed Monday.
