Trinity Lloyd's Insurance shouldn't be able to recover $625,000 in attorneys' fees after winning a ruling that U.S. Fire must pay $2.5 million to cover the costs Trinity incurred in defending in asbestos litigation, U.S. Fire argued Friday, saying the fees aren't available under the circumstances.
