Locke Lord's Fees Lowered In Energy Contract Suit
Attorneys from Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP and Stevens Love Hill & Holt PLLC were awarded $435,000 in fees Thursday after winning $19.8 million for client Peak Energy Corp. in a breach of contract suit, a 90 percent reduction from what the lawyers requested.
