A Washington, D.C., federal judge ruled on Wednesday that Bank of America NA must submit to a U.S. Department of Labor probe into possible race and gender discrimination at a government-contracted North Carolina bank, rejecting the bank's argument that there wasn't enough evidence to justify the investigation.
