Adidas AG and the National Basketball Association Inc.'s marketing arm asked an Oregon federal court Monday to trim a licensing company's trademark and unfair competition suit alleging their "We Not Me" advertising campaign infringed its marks, saying the company's founder lied to obtain the trademarks.
