A New York federal jury determined Friday that preserved fruit company Del Monte Foods Co. misled consumers with its refrigerated products and awarded Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. $13.15 million for the alleged mislabeling and for breach of a trademark licensing agreement between the companies.
