Facebook Reaches Deal To End Spam Suit Against Marketer
Facebook Inc. and MaxBounty Inc. on Monday resolved a suit in California federal court alleging the marketing company hijacked the social networking giant's trademark to trick consumers into visiting advertising sites and allowing spam to be sent to their Facebook friends.
