Investors Want Breazeale Put Back In Housing Project Suit
Investors in a failed Louisiana housing development sought Tuesday to return Breazeale Sachse & Wilson LLP to their suit against investment bank Crews & Associates Inc. over the botched project, saying the firm was negligent in failing to reveal that the project sat adjacent to a World War II bombing range.

Crews Wants $8M Bond Suit Over Housing Project Nixed
Crews & Associates Inc. sought Wednesday to dismiss a case in Louisiana accusing the investment bank of negligence in underwriting a proposed housing development that was scrapped when it was revealed to be near a World War II bombing range, costing $7.7 million in bond defaults.
