Alps South LLC won a stay in Ohio federal court on Thursday in The Ohio Willow Wood Co.'s suit accusing the rival prosthetics maker of infringing a patent for a fabric-covered gel liner, litigation that Alps claims is an antitrust violation.

Prosthetics maker The Ohio Willow Wood Co. Inc. failed Tuesday in its bid to dismiss an Ohio suit accusing it of using fraudulently obtained patents to force competitors into unreasonable licensing deals and stifling the market for gel liners used with prosthetic devices.
