Mining Co. Fires Back In $7M Superfund Suit
Federal Resources Corp. shot back Wednesday at the U.S. government's suit seeking contribution for the nearly $7 million environmental cleanup of three Idaho mines, claiming the government and third party Chester Mining Co. are instead liable for the costs.
