A California federal judge ruled Wednesday that GoDaddy.com Inc. can view billing statements between the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP in a suit alleging the web hosting company infringes trademarks associated with the Academy Awards.
