Ace Wants Help From Mets To Cover Injury Suits
An Ace Ltd. subsidiary lodged a suit on Wednesday alleging that it has no duty to defend or indemnify bodily injury suits until the developer of Citi Field, the New York Mets' new ballpark, pays its $500,000 self-insured retention for each occurrence.
