Dewey Settles IT Staffer's Overtime Action
Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP has reached a tentative deal to end a putative class action in New York accusing the firm of making technology workers put in more than 50 hours a week without overtime pay, it said in a letter to the court Wednesday.

A former information technology worker for Dewey & Leboeuf LLP filed a class action against the law firm in New York last week, saying he routinely had to work up to 56 hours a week without overtime.
