Deloitte Unit To Pay $12M To China MediaExpress Investors
A class of investors in China MediaExpress Holdings Inc. on Tuesday reached a $12 million settlement with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd.'s Hong Kong partnership, which they accused of filing misleading reports on the advertising company, causing it to trade at artificially high prices.

A New York federal judge on Friday certified a class of investors in China MediaExpress Holdings Inc. who accuse the company of concealing material information that eventually led to a stock drop, saying the predominance requirement was satisfied despite questions as to plaintiffs' reliance on alleged misstatements and omissions.
