TransPerfect Blasts Rival's Royalty Figures In $1M IP Row
TransPerfect Global Inc. told a California federal judge that rival MotionPoint Corp. improperly deducted certain revenue from its royalty calculations following MotionPoint's $1 million jury loss over a website-translation patent, saying Tuesday that MotionPoint missed its chance to argue that the revenue didn't result from infringing sales.
