A Florida federal judge on Thursday threw out claims alleging JPMorgan Chase & Co. fired a former underwriter in retaliation for complaints about wage conditions on Facebook, but kept alive class claims alleging overtime pay violations.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. moved Monday to toss a "barebones" suit brought in Florida by a former underwriter who claims the bank forced her and a proposed class to work off the clock, then fired her for complaining about the wage conditions on Facebook.
