Cargill Gets Partial Win In Don-Doff Action
A Nebraska federal judge on Tuesday ruled that Cargill Meat Solutions Corp. workers who have brought a collection action over their donning-and-doffing time do not need to be paid for putting on safety equipment, a partial win for Cargill.
