Conn. Correction Dept. Puts Up $3M To Settle Sex Bias Suit
Connecticut's Department of Correction has reached a $3 million settlement with a class of women who said the fitness test for would-be correction officers discriminated against female applicants and violated the Civil Rights Act, according to a Connecticut federal judge's Friday order.
