QVC Inc. television chef Bob Warden on Monday settled his suit in Pennsylvania accusing a business partner of tricking him into a misleading contract that allowed her to trademark his name.

A Pennsylvania federal judge refused Thursday to force a woman accused of tricking television chef Robert Warden into allowing her to trademark his name to abide by a QVC Inc. book licensing clause in a partial settlement between the two sides.
