A federal judge on Tuesday tossed a Miami Heat star's suit accusing a former flame of misusing his name to get on VH1 reality show "Basketball Wives," ruling that the California court had no personal jurisdiction over the dispute.

The ex-girlfriend of NBA star Chris Bosh, accused of misusing his name to get on a reality show, filed her own suit last week in Florida state court, claiming the Miami Heat player interfered with her contract to appear on the show "Basketball Wives."
