A Florida federal judge on Wednesday dismissed Axis Specialty Insurance Co.'s coverage suit against a developer over class actions related to homes built near an allegedly contaminated military bombing range, but gave the insurer room to replead its claims.

Axis Specialty Insurance Co. on Friday said it had no duty to defend or indemnify the developer of a Florida planned community in class actions alleging the developer failed to notify potential homeowners about a nearby former military bombing range.
