JC Penney Pays $1.75M To Settle Vacation Pay Claims
J.C. Penney Co. agreed to pay $1.75 million to a group of ex-workers who had alleged in a once-certified class action the retailer was shorting them on pay for unused vacation days after they left the company, according to a proposed deal filed in California on Friday.
