The judge who gutted Motown hitmaker Lamont Dozier's suit against Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Deutsche Bank AG in May over an agreement to securitize his music royalties tossed a final remaining contract claim against the bank Thursday.

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and a Deutsche Bank AG unit managed to dodge contract and fiduciary duty claims Tuesday in a New York suit brought by Motown hitmaker Lamont Dozier over a deal to securitize his future music royalties.
