A federal judge on Friday tossed a political advocate's $1 billion suit against Facebook Inc. alleging the company took too long to remove an anti-Jewish page from its social networking site, ruling the man had missed the deadline to amend his complaint.

Facebook Inc. on Thursday asked a Washington federal judge to dismiss a $1 billion lawsuit accusing the social networking giant of moving too slowly to remove a Facebook page calling for a third intifada against Israeli Jews, calling the suit a "publicity stunt."
