Pomegranate juice makers Pom Wonderful LLC and Meyer Valley Farms LLC said Tuesday that they were close to reaching an agreement in a trademark infringement and unfair competition suit in California federal court over the farm's PerfectPoms juice.

Pomegranate juice maker Pom Wonderful LLC, which has initiated numerous lawsuits recently to protect its marks, hit Meyer Valley Farms LLC with a trademark infringement and unfair competition suit on Wednesday in a California federal court over Meyer Valley's PerfectPoms juice.
