A former Quest Software Inc. employee accused of breaching his contract and stealing trade secrets to help a rival poach its automobile glass insurance claims administration clients asked a Michigan federal court Friday to reject the company's preliminary injunction bid.

Quest Software Inc. filed a lawsuit in Michigan on Wednesday accusing a former account manager of breaching his contract and stealing trade secrets to help Electronic Claims Services Inc. poach its automobile glass insurance claims administration's clients.
