An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday tossed a suit from the insurer of Phusion Projects Inc., ruling there was no controversy after the maker of caffeinated alcoholic drink Four Loko withdrew its request for coverage of product liability and intellectual property suits and class actions.

Insurer Wants No Part Of Four Loko Suits
A Selective Insurance Group Inc. subsidiary filed suit Thursday in Illinois in an effort to avoid covering the maker of the caffeinated alcoholic drink Four Loko from lawsuits and class actions alleging wrongful death, product liability and trade dress infringement.
