A Delaware bankruptcy judge approved Wolverine Tube Inc.'s Chapter 11 reorganization plan Friday, after the copper tube maker struck a deal that reaffirmed its largest bondholder's support of the plan.

Bankrupt copper tube maker Wolverine Tube Inc. filed suit in Delaware on Friday against one of its noteholders, Plainfield Asset Management LLC, seeking to stop it from pulling critical support for Wolverine's reorganization plan.
