Arch Insurance Co. and National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., on Wednesday said they had resolved their dispute over defense coverage for a contractor sued for $44 million over claims that poor construction work had caused damage to a hurricane-struck Texas hospital.
