A Washington federal judge on Tuesday closed out a Swedish scientist's $100 million suit accusing Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP of botching a series of computer graphics patent infringement suits against computer giants on his behalf after the parties agreed to end the case.

Adduci, Swedish Firm Can't Shake IP Malpractice Suit
Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP and a Swedish law firm must face a $100 million malpractice suit brought by a former client the firms represented in numerous patent suits against computer giants, a Washington federal judge ruled Monday, denying motions to dismiss the case or have it heard in Sweden.
