An Ohio federal judge on Thursday dealt a blow to a nationwide class in multidistrict litigation accusing Porsche Cars North America Inc. of knowingly installing faulty plastic cooling tubes in its Cayenne models, slashing express warranty claims while retaining implied warranty claims for four states.
