Insurers Sue SC Car Dealer Over Consumer Suit Coverage
Graphic Arts Mutual Insurance Co. and Utica Mutual Insurance Co. sued a South Carolina auto dealership Tuesday, contending they don't owe it coverage in an underlying consumer fraud suit against more than 200 dealers over allegedly illegal administrative fees.
