Lucasfilm Ltd. and The Walt Disney Co.'s Pixar Animation Studios Inc. reached tentative deals to settle a proposed class action by software engineers accusing them, along with tech giants Google Inc., Apple Inc. and others, of pledging not to lure away one another's top technical talent, according to a letter filed in California federal court on Friday.
