A New York federal judge on Monday threw out cellphone keyboard maker Eatoni Ergonomics Inc.'s antitrust suit against Research in Motion Corp. over RIM's exit from a development deal between the companies.

A New York federal judge on Thursday refused for the second time in three months to vacate two arbitration awards granted in a patent, antitrust and contract dispute between Research In Motion Ltd. and rival Eatoni Ergonomics Inc. over the development of a cellphone keyboard.
