A lawyer who represented the Ecuadorean plaintiffs in a successful $18 billion pollution suit against Chevron Corp. on Thursday made a fresh attempt to intervene in Chevron's suit in New York federal court that claims the Ecuadorean court's judgment is unenforceable.
